Refund policy

At Outdoor Living Mosaic, we are committed to providing high-quality camping and outdoor gear designed to enhance your outdoor adventures. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note: Items that show signs of outdoor use (dirt, wear, damage, odors, or weather exposure) cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used camping gear
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: Chriscarl@rogers.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund if approved.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
  3. Contact your bank.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
